沙溪镇经济贸易办公室是镇政府主管经济贸易的职能部门：负责制订本镇的经济贸易发展规划，指导产业、产品结构调整，监测经济运行，搞好工业生产和流通的综合协调和管理：做好招商引资和安全生产、环境保护等工作；协调经济综合管理和监督部门工作。下设机构：综合办公室、招商办公室、企业管理办公室、统计信息办公室、第三产业办公室、科学技术委员会办公室、投资服务中心、宏伟贸易有限公司、工业发展有限公司等。
Shaxi Economic & Commercial Office is a functional section of Shaxi Township People's Government who is in charge of economy and trade of the town. It is responsible for formulating development plan of economy and trade, guiding industrial and production configuration adjustment, supervising economic operation,coordinating and managing industrial production and circulation, attracting investment, ensuring safe production and environmental protection, as well as harmonizing the integrated economic management section with supervising section. It consists of the following institutions:General Affairs Office, Commercial Activities Promotion Office, Corporate Management Office, Statistic Information Office, The Supporting Industry Office, Science and Technology Committee Office, investment Service Office, Hongwei Trade Co.,Ltd. and Industry Development Co., Ltd. Etc.

Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of Shaxi
沙溪镇对外经济贸易办公室是沙溪镇涉外企业的业务主管部门，设有沙溪对外加工装配服务公司、商检办事处(市商检局为方便附近镇区办理业务而设)等。
主要职责：
1、负责外贸出口、报关、招商引资和涉外企业的管理及协调等工作。
2、免费为外商提供来沙溪投资设厂涉及的政策、法规、投资费用、投资环境及各有关部门审批程序和手续的咨询。
3、协助新办涉外企业项目洽谈、厂房租赁、购地建厂的报建并与各有关部门联系协助办理项目审批、牌照申领、海关备案等及其所需的一切证明文件和手续。
Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of Shaxi is a functional department of Shaxi Township People's Government for the management of enterprises which are engaging in export and import. Some branch offices are set under the administration of Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of Shaxi,including Processing and Assembling Service Company for Foreign Trade and Commercial Inspection Office, which is set by Zhongshan Commercial Inspection Bureau for the convenience of transaction from towns.
Main Responsibilities：
1、Administration of exportation, customs declaration, investment attraction and management and coordination of foreign trade enterprises.
2、Free services for overseas investors on consultation concerning the relevant policies, regulations, investment expense, investment environment and the procedures for application and approval for investing in Shaxi Town.
3、Offering assistance for new foreign enterprises on projects negotiating, workshops leasing, land purchasing and constructing declaration, as well as some contacting the relevant departments for assistance on project approving, license applying, customs recording and the other necessary documents and procedures.
